Programming IDEs who actually care about my productivity, could instead of shoving uninsallable AI down all my holes could instead ask my consent before applaying major UI changes. Especially, if I already have "restore classic UI" plugin. Looking at you #jetbrains

Status update: I contacted #JetBrains' support, they asked for a memory dump, and – lo and behold – apparently I hadn't excluded logs and cache from indexing in the project. So it appears to be my own error actually, not a but in #PHPStorm. Will see if actually excluding these directories will help.
