About five and a half years ago I gave up freelancing and took a job with a local business. The company is good to work for but certain aspects of the team I've been in have been frustrating me. Mostly technical issues. Today was my last day in this team and next week I start in a new team.
As a freelancer I changed company every two years, so this has been a long stint, so it's good to be having a change again.
And if I'm really lucky I might just get a small pay rise out of this.
