Late diagnosed female autistic (at age 51 in 2017) and ADHD. Other health challenges still to be diagnosed. CFS. Trauma.

A bit messed up. Not well enough to work or even survive some days. Carer until 2023.

Most likely will be sharing updates focusing on my mental health among other random things.

Brainfog and fatigue are massive problems. I can only just about do this thing some days. I might be getting things wrong, so please be kind if so.
