I'm taking another crack at making white sandwich bread. It went okay last time, but it's tricky to find that right balance between fluffy + dense enough to be structurally sound.

And... I just realized I forgot the dry milk powder. 🤦‍♀️ Ah well. The dough is already rising. I suppose we'll see how this loaf turns out.
