Puppy training class, or if the dog is not a puppy, you may need to get individual training lessons.

That’s kind of going against the point of being a journalist. If a journalist opposes what a country is doing, the thing they can do about it is to go to that country and report on what’s happening.

Less so than the Republican party that elected him in face of treason and the electoral college that abdicated their duties to refuse to elect him. Like, the framers knew their would be irrational, power-hungry populists. They used the term “Nero” as an insult. But it’s the duty of everyone else to understand that sound governance requires you to not elect them. They gave us checks and balances, and we refused to use them.

It’s kinda dusty, slow, traditional, car dependent. It doesn’t have much in the way of tourist infrastructure/fun things to do. Even if all you want is to sit on the beach, it doesn’t have traditional beach boardwalks/towns like you could get…everywhere else.

It’s a luxury vacation destination. It’s amazing to visit but you’re going to pay for it. If you’re counting every $ spent, don’t go there.

Behavioral standards plummeted during the pandemic and never recovered. People are a lot more stressed, and they refuse to behave. We're divided, and it really does not help that our leadership literally believes that AI is going to replace most jobs.

I don't know that this has an appropriate comparison. Right now it's more like the US committed a terrorist attack than a war.

for me the issue isn’t that the ideas are similar, the issue is from a lack of depth. when you boil every character down to the bare-bones of fulfilling their function in the story, with no other humanity to them, then every film feels the same.

No, trying to change other peoples’ behavior is the definition of manipulation. That doesn’t mean it’s wrong or a bad thing. You just need to consider the motivations of the person trying to change your behavior and whether the information is credible.

Kids generally benefit more from 1-on-1 instruction and smaller classes. Some neurodivergent kids might need a more relaxed structure than schools can provide. But generally, most parents are not able to teach higher level classes (like, past age 7) effectively. Really you would be better off paying to send them to a school with smaller classes.

You weren’t great. She brought an issue to you and instead of resolving it or offering any solution, you told her to stop talking about it and act happy like she did before. But you know, ultimately she is going to have to figure out that some people won’t be there for her the way she wants, and the only solution to that is to look for the right person.
