2022: we buy a house that has potential for a large art studio.
2024: we move into that house.
2026: we start construction on the actual art studio (literally 2 days ago).
There's a good chance we'll have it completed by the end of the year, I'm crossing fingers that we reach a specific milestone by mid-summer.
