The SCOTUS decision is going to be a huge windfall for businesses. The money collected from the tariffs is going to need to be paid back to them, but they've already passed those increased cost onto consumers, and those refunds are not going to reach those consumers. In fact, if people have already demonstrated they're willing to pay the higher prices, don't expect those prices to come back down at all. Trickle down economics strikes again!
