I don't see how anyone could have watched his speech today and not think he was about to keel over on the podium. He couldn't keep anything straight and kept sounding like he was slurring, like he was having trouble controlling his mouth muscles. I've seen family members just before they pass, and that is usually something that happens right before. While I have very little sympathy for him, keeping him propped up like this should be considered elder abuse.

And for those trying to say it was because his flight was delayed due the "electrical problem" and he was tired and irritated, if he can't handle something like that, then he can't handle the pressures of the presidency.
