This of course is already a pretty messed up framing but I asked further and pointed to the current packages that new customers are able to choose from. All of them (at least those of a tier comparable to my legacy package) offer included certificates for all(!) domains. I asked whether I could then migrate to one of those new packages and that I was even willing to upgrade to a higher tier.
