#Layoff

Yesterday, yes, on April Fool's Day, my day job informed me and 89 other people that our last day will be Friday, the 3rd. None of us are happy about it, and it means I am once again without steady income. I am not okay with things. I'm going to be selling off everything in the near future to try to save what little I have left. The desire and search for stability continues.

The urge to drink is pretty high right now, but I'm not giving in. I'm at my two-month mark.

If you see my sanity somewhere laying around, if you could grab it for me, that would be great.

They say they are going to try to move me to another project, but I'm not exactly holding my breath. We'll see. If you know of anyone hiring, please let me know; remote tech work is my specialty, but I'll do just about anything right now.
