Question: I'm going to flash a linux distro on an old Dell I have lying around, and I want to have something kids friendly (as in: something a non-tech parent can easily control so their kids don't do silly stuff on the laptop and the interwebs).

I wanted to start with a Linux Mint, but if there's some tips and tricks I need to know for setting it up, please tell me. (apart from "teach the kid", bcs we know. But they're kids, remember?)
