@jackemled @vozercozer Each letter/number directory here corresponds to the publisher or github username offering a package: https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/tree/master/manifests It's pretty gigantic. Even early on it had a surprisingly high number of packages. I think Chocolatey beats it out handily still, but it's not teeny or just large companies. EDIT: Also, to add, most likely it came from a bigger name, like CCleaner or something, that packages that along for extra funds
