"Low-Fidelity Transmission is a live improvisation sound performance evoking a distant, fading radio signal dissolving into static. Like a half-remembered broadcast from another time, it exists where memories and dreams collide. Blurring the boundaries between noise, texture, and atmosphere, the performance explores the fragility of recollection and the poetics of technological decay.
Firas Shehadeh is a Palestinian artist whose work explores worldbuilding, meaning, aesthetics, and identity. His practice investigates the post-colonial condition through technology, history, digitality, and speculative realities. Working across film, video, and sound, Shehadeh examines how narratives and identities are constructed, contested, and mediated in contemporary society. He holds an MFA from the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna.
