Drug use IS normal, throughout all history Cannabis, opium, alcohol and more were found in our earliest graves. Much of this could be bought over the counter for decades… the US drug war is founded in RACISM, as the Europeans preferred alcohol. Opium dens are preferable to the alternative, prison. My opinion
