I propose that politicians and legislators be required to pass a test about anything which they propose or judge. Expert advice during the exam would be encouraged, but the responses must be handwritten by the examinee.
This proposal is shrieked into the sky (with less polite vocabulary) subsequent to the horrified realisation that many politicos seem not to know what an operating system is.
