Oh dear. Life of a pro runner. One of the runners I follow has just changed watch sponsor and they have put out a video to showcase it. It's clear the video has been done by the company rather than the runner's usual team. It is 45 minutes (instead of 15-20) and so dull - it's basically just footage of him running in real time with a ticker of time and heart rate (no music). It's so much worse than his usual content, it'll put people off. But they're paying the money, so what can you do?
