@graydon @mhoye Total surveillance never gets rolled out all at once - its introduced step by step and very slowly and in every step its a minor increase of something with a very reasonable argument, but over time it gets worse and worse. Censorship is already brutal in most western countries and governments only get more extreme over time. What trump does in the USA you will sooner or later see in Europe too. I am really baffled how you can suppprt this 🤷‍♀️
