@rogueren it does get tiresome being told "have you tried installing Linux about it? So simple!" when it indeed does not support the 5 specific games I want to play, yes.

I wouldn't go so far as to say nobody should use it, but it's awfully irritating when people assume that, on the other hand, it can solve *everyone's* problems.

As far as I can tell, gaming on Linux is like vegetarianism: probably good for your body and soul, but there are unavoidable sacrifices.
