Dear @andrii_sybiha, I am looking forward to seeing you in Kyiv, alongside EU Foreign Ministers.

We’ll come determined and united in our support of Ukraine, especially as we commemorate four years since Russia’s horrific atrocities in Bucha.

And with a clear message: Russia must be held responsible for its war crimes. Accountability is essential to achieving a just and lasting peace.
