China is one party oligarchy with a side of authoritarianism. They are open about their one party rule and taking a cut of all business profit so denying the oligarchy is fucking silly. For the Authoritarian part well the executions and extreme surveillance society wrap that up in a neat little bow. China exports drones, missiles, and fighter jets to over 40 countries, with key customers including Pakistan, Myanmar, Nigeria, and Algeria. If you are playing stupid, It is working.
