It does suck at first. I’m out of habit at the moment, but when you actually just wake up at that time instead of the dreaded snooze loop, you come into the day more awake and alert than anyone else, on top of the fact that you’ve probably taken some time to watch, read, or listen to something to relax ahead of time.
It can genuinely be the difference between a good day and a bad one.
