@EricLawton @pzmyers Dawkins' great achievement is to make evolutionary, biological and scientific concepts accessible. His books on such topics are amongst the best I've ever read. I just wish he had chosen to stay in that lane. His rationale for rejecting "god" beliefs is no better than mine, but while I think I have excellent reasons to not believe I am painfully aware that I lack the skill to communicate them effectively. He appears to lack any such awareness.
