It doesn't matter how many people arrive in each influx the ones who stick around want pre-2010 Twitter as a minimum standard and will moderate their behaviour to the norms of people they engage with completely friction free. This is what social media is when it's created and maintained by the society and not the media barons or tech bro's :)
