In the 1970s, some members of Engelbart's team moved to Xerox PARC. They put his concepts into the Xerox Alto, giving it a keyset, mouse, and graphical user interface. Steve Jobs toured PARC, taking the mouse and GUI ideas for the Apple Lisa and the Macintosh. But he left the keyset behind.
