@DMTomas@mastodon.social That looks to me like a circa 1920's French clock by the maker Vedette. The dial marking is confusing though. H. Moser & Cie was a watch maker, not a clock maker. They could have been contracting with Vedette, but they didn't use the name "Hy Moser & Cie" until the 1980's, as far as I know.
If it were a straightforward Vedette in working condition, it would be worth a few hundred dollars.
