UK followers - I've been overcharged twice in one week (Sainsbury's and TG Jones). Both times it was down to till/system errors, so it's a good idea to check your receipts, particularly if you're buying things shown as discounted. Store staff were apologetic and happy to refund when I pointed out the mistake.
