Evidently the FAA just cancelled this NOTAM after three hours. The whole thing is batty, but, evidently it's getting better not worse.

What's going on in El Paso? Did we just invade Mexico? The FAA has blocked ALL flights for 10 days over the city. Never anything like it before.
