'Lives could've been lost'; Fire chief commends Bee Cave residents for help responding to apartment fire

Chief Robert B. Abbott of Lake Travis Fire Rescue made a presentation during the Feb. 10 council meeting, taking time to recognize what he said was "amazing work" of neighbors to assist the fire department with its response.
