@m000gletje @TodePond@mas.to Yeah I think it's fair to state that if something is genuinely a personal hobby project rather than something you're necessarily expecting (or hoping) to get mass uptake, the fallacies don't really apply - it's mainly where people claim to be developing stuff for a mass audience that they tend to trip up Like #1 and #8 ultimately are just the core of the whole thing - just, don't pretend you're making mass-market stuff for a mass-market if all your design decisions are driven by nerds
