FBI and Minnesota police are investigating an ICE arrest that left a Mexican man with EIGHT SKULL FRACTURES AND A BRAIN BLEED. ICE says he “fell while fleeing.”

The CT showed fractures to the front, back and both sides of his skull — injuries inconsistent with a fall.

He says agents repeatedly struck his head with a steel baton. ICE assaults must stop and perpetrators need to be held accountable.
