I've used Temma in various contexts, from high-traffic websites (30M+ visitors/month) to projects with strict compliance requirements. IMO it comes down to team size. Dozens of developers? Go with Laravel or Symfony. Temma's sweet spot is teams under 20 devs, where simplicity, performance and control matter more than ecosystem breadth.
