@happypete@mstdn.social @ChrisMayLA6@zirk.us I was reading today about the succession plan, but I really believe it doesn’t who the council picks. The U.S. and of course Israel will settle for nothing less than their own pick. The question is can it be done without ground troops. If the new leader reaches out the U.S. to cut a deal Maybe it can work, but more of the same doesn’t look like good for the U.S. and def not Israel, who seem to call the shots with trump. When all this is over and let’s hope that’s soon without any more loss of innocent lives, let’s see what happens. I hope your family are safe and that you can get messages to them - you must be terrified.
