Every Sunday, I try to set up my planner for the upcoming week. It starts like the picture on the left, nice and empty -> and eventually turns into the horror that is the schedule on the right. My planners are VERY well used, and I tend to write a lot because my memory is... bad. I over plan otherwise nothing at all would get done, but if something doesn't get done, I don't beat myself up about it either.
