U.S. Secretary of State Rubio on his statement yesterday, which many interpreted as meaning that the U.S. entered the conflict because of : That is not true. The U.S. would have entered anyway. We will not allow to hide behind its nuclear program & carry out attacks. It is a matter of timing, not the objective. The decision was made because of the collapse of the negotiations & because of the threat posed by Iran.
