- T (BW) masters degree, 10+ years progressive experience, had a kid with special needs, left workforce
- R (AW) PhD, had kids, left workforce
- J (WW) City Engineer of a 2m+ population Metro area
- Me (WW) masters degree, hanging in the industry but do advisory work
