EMPLOYER ATTITUDES We don’t expect the ownership to pay wages with a[n] “I’m just here for the labor” mindset. -Employment Sure, we agreed that I would get paid at least this much in our contract, but haven’t you ever heard of “going the extra mile”? Don’t you want to pay more than just the bare minimum? C’mon, be a team player!
