The next step is Iran hitting infrastructure in complicit Gulf Arab states. And continuing to hit Israel's nuclear sites. S3 - Israel may act unilaterally, but that would be suicide. Iran has been carefully restraining the escalation ladder, only taking a step up in response to US-Israel doing so first. Iran will wipe out Israel if Israel uses nukes.
