On this day in 1984, WHAM! released “Last Christmas”. In the song’s video, there is a poster for a Rodin exhibition visible for a second at the cable car station of Saas-Fee. It features Rodin’s “The Prayer” from a show at the Fondation Pierre Gianadda, which ran from 12 May to 7 October 1984. Unexpected art history.
