Sometimes I need to re-read my own writing to shift my perspective. π
I was talking to a friend about rock climbing and remembered writing this post awhile back, which I thought had more rock-climbing content than it does (it has none, apart from the photo), but it has a lot of (I think) useful things to say about self-care and self-discipline, inspired by a passage from @thorncoyle@wandering.shop 's "Kissing the Limitless."
