Folks, can we please use the language indication setting on your toots?
If you are using the EN language setting and posting in Ukrainian, Spanish or some other language the translation features don't work! 😕🤷♂️
Set Default Posting Language:
Under Preferences > Posting defaults, set your primary language so you don't have to change it for every post.
How to Change Post Language (While Posting):
When composing a new post, you can click the language button (it will show the current language or a code like "EN" or "DE") at the bottom of the composer to select a different language. This helps others filter your content correctly and use the translation feature.
If the Language and other toot ettings aren't viable then turn them on via Preferences -> General.

Maybe the original version from the author? Seems unlikely but it's odd, now you mention it.
I did disassemble and reverse engineer the "Jerusalem" MS-DOS virus from a sample and that was a fascinating learning experience 🙂
