A person I know from my Buddhist meetings suggested an exercise. I wanted to share it here because I think it could be helpful for others too. The exercise is simple. You name three things that genuinely help you. I’ll start: Three things that help me: 1. Journaling. 2. Reaching out to friends to let them know I love them. 3.
