Agi: Sparatoria Bisceglie: maitre ucciso per errore in un ristorante AGI - Sarebbero entrati nel ristorante già sparando i due uomini con il volto coperto da passamontagna che ieri sera hanno fatto irruzione in un locale a Bisceglie (Bat), uccidendo Angelo Pizzi, 62 anni, maitre di sala nella struttura. È la ricostruzione che emerge da fonti investigative, secondo la quale il maitre si sarebbe trovato sulla traiettoria dei colpi, venendo raggiunto dai proiettili per errore. L'obiettivo dei sicari e la fuga dei killer Secondo quanto si apprende, i due avrebbero quindi inseguito il titolare del ristorante all'interno del locale, salvo poi desistere per la presenza dei clienti e tornare indietro, fuggendo. Non è ancora chiaro se a sparare siano stati entrambi o uno soltanto: saranno gli accertamenti balistici a stabilirlo. Il proprietario del locale, già noto alle forze dell'ordine, avrebbe riferito ai carabinieri di essere lui il vero bersaglio dell'agguato e di essere riuscito a mettersi in salvo fuggendo da un'uscita laterale. Le indagini e la ricostruzione degli inquirenti All'interno del ristorante, al momento dell'azione, erano presenti cinque clienti adulti seduti a due tavoli diversi: nessuno è rimasto ferito. I militari hanno acquisito le immagini dei sistemi di videosorveglianza e ascoltato numerosi testimoni per ricostruire con precisione quanto accaduto. Il corpo della vittima è a disposizione dell'autorità giudiziaria: l'autopsia potrebbe essere disposta nei prossimi giorni. Criminalità locale Tra le piste al vaglio degli investigatori c'è quella di una vendetta maturata in ambienti della criminalità locale. Non si esclude un collegamento con la sparatoria avvenuta il 19 aprile in una discoteca di Bisceglie, in cui è morto il 42enne Filippo Scavo. Sull'episodio è intervenuto anche il sindaco di Bisceglie, Angelantonio Angarano: "A testa alta e senza paura. Non si può abbassare lo sguardo davanti alla criminalità. Siamo con il Prefetto, con la magistratura e con le forze dell'ordine. Bisceglie ha scelto da che parte stare". Military personnel obtained the images from surveillance systems and heard numerous witnesses to reconstruct precisely what happened.
