"What do you do?", "had a busy day?" And similar questions are those I dread. I rarely have to meet acquaintances now, thankfully. But even the grocery drivers can ask that. It's friendly, it's conversational, it's shallow (in an appropriate way, not derogatory). Even "how are you?" Is a greeting, not a question people want an honest answer to. Via wifey, or neighbour gave me a new insight into how people perceive my #chronicpain. They basically thought I was getting better because they saw me doing my daily walk. That's cute, but I walk in pain, like everything else. I have to do stuff despite pain. I distract myself from it sometimes, and walking does that. But more exercise usually means more pain and an energy crash afterwards. There are other benefits like fresh air, views and... Pokestops. #fibro #pokemongo

I got my dates mixed up. My medication review is next Wednesday, not tomorrow. Just have to survive another week of pointless high pain and no answers, and hope the doctors can advise medication changes. The pain is still pointless, but hopefully the plan can change. I've lost 1 stone of weight and doubled my physical activity since my last review, so they can't blame it on those two things. #fibromyalgia #fibro #chronicpain

Hey all, I'm in a really rough "place" with my #Fibromyalgia right now. Effectively my meds aren't...effective. They take a bit of the edge off the pain, but it's not enough. I've felt incapable for most of the weekend. I have a phone call with the doc on Wednesday to discuss my meds. I can't go on in this level of pain forever. #ChronicPain #FedUp

A quick "hi". My #chronicpain and fatigue are truly awful. So, these pictures reflect yesterday and today. 1. Feebas (#PokemonGo), I finally evolved it. 2. Tree-like circular sketch for a woodburning idea. 3. #GenshinImpact on my phone as I've been on a sofa a *lot*. PC barely touched due to head sensitivity. At least I can play an open world game, even if it's not the one(s) I'd rather be playing. This world is very pretty, and I like unintentionally finding puzzles to solve.
