My landlord sent me a photo of the water bill and said it hadn't been paid in a long time. The thing is, water bills in Cleveland (and apparently all of Ohio) are in the property owner's name. Signing up for a water account in Cleveland requires having an account number which the utility companies tell you is on your bill. I've never received a water bill at this place. Turns out, the bill goes to *him*. I've never received one. No way to know how to pay it. #Cleveland #ohio
