Today is the 10-year anniversary of keyboardist Keith Emerson's death. I consider myself lucky to have seen ELP at Selland Arena in Fresno when they were touring Brain Salad Surgery. While many protégée kids can knock out Vivaldi at 8YO, Emerson could slay on his Hammond organ with his left hand and simultaneously blow the entire world's musical minds on his Moog synthesizer with his right hand.
