Good Morning, all, I wasn’t fully aware of the past extent of Air Defence co-operation twixt USA and Canada thru #NORAD. #Trump’s untrustworthiness is driving Canada to rethink defence procurement, and the Swedes are offering a Gripen/AWACS bundle. That’s a force multiplier. Guiding BVR ARH AAMs via datalink from AWACS allows launch platforms to mute their own radars, enhancing survivability.
