Hey, it's been 2 full years now! Doing another yearly post. Recap: gab went full retard in 2024, and I jumped ship and eventually found myself on poast about a week later. If the first year was getting my bearings here, then the past year was making myself known more and finding my role as a meme guy. Last year, I also manged to do #MaidMonday #Humpday and #FridayReward every week. It felt good to tag people with their waifu for the theme. I wouldn't mind tagging more people, but I need submissions so I know who to look for. Interesting things were happening on fedi, such as @egirlyuumimain@poa.st starting his "weekly wrapup" show on poast.tv every Sunday night at 8pm cst (you should tune in sometime). He recaps fedi and the overall world every Sunday for the week. Some were slow, and some were breakneck speed levels of crazy! He also showed how bad he was at Metroid Zero mission during one of his game night stream. (sorry yuumi, but almost 50 deaths is embarrassing😆). As usual, fedi lost some people for a variety of reasons such as censorship laws, simply drifting away, some passed away, and some had major crash outs. In return, fedi has gained some new people too. Remember to always help your fedi friends, as you never know when the last time you'll speak to them may be. I'll admit this one is a shorter than last year's, but things have been fairly smooth. Here's to a good year 3! Key takeaways: help each other, donate to your local instance, keep strong.
