This #LongRunSunday I ran a pretty short & controlled 10mi: time 1:39:35 pace 9'47”/mi with avg/max HR 134/141bpm. I did have to clear out mucus from nose & throat from time to time, but otherwise felt great during & after run! My HR was still a bit high, but I’m clearly improving! This is also the first time in 2026 that I reached my weekly target of 48mi in #running!
