There are times I miss J's righteous wrath. I hated being the recipient, but she was fantastic at angrily getting up slack tradies not doing what they were paid to do. Me, I'm really pissed off. System works, mostly. They made mistakes. That's ok, just fix them, & don't create more issues. "Leave it with me". So... I've just sent a gentle text about a range of issues, which are all STILL at "leave it with me" status, despite ranging from 1-6mths old, & I feel sick & shaky. #tradies
