I rode the Oaks firetrail from Woodford to Glenbrook, dam heading back up. Despite a glorious day, not many others enjoying it. One guy on a road/cross/gravel bike going up as I went down & vice versa.

I've been up for a little while.
Just turned the light on & sat down for breakfast. Immediately, there's a lorikeet outside insisting it's *their* food time. It's not. Now there are a dozen on the window sill & deck rails, staring, squawking, & judging me!
I've created a monster, a pretty, fluffy, squawky, rainbow monster!
*it's ok, I live in the bush, there's lots of food—they don't go hungry
